Shanks appoints Colin Matthews CBE as non-executive chairman

Following Adrian Auer’s decision to step down as chairman, Shanks Group has appointed Colin Matthews CBE as non-executive chairman. Matthews? will join the board with immediate effect and will succeed Auer as chairman with effect from 1 April 2016.
